Ideas from the Committees—Aids to Administration

“Task Organization”

Four Corners National School Committee shared an organization chart with assignments across the many school functions, which allowed for improvement in committee efficiency and volunteer management.

To ask to see a sample of what they created, please contact Jeff Kiely of Four Corners National School Committee: jkiely@cnetco.com

Iowa Regional School Committee created a committee/staff web page at which committee members could log in to see and report current information as their session approached, such as: Families by City, How many have checked in, Committee Members, School Contacts and Staff, Meal Count and Demographic Count

To find out more please contact John Hanke, registrar/webmaster of Iowa National School Committee: registrar@iowabahai.org

Please share communications and organization tips that have worked well for your committee!
