Ideas from the Committees—Youth Programs

“New World News Team” from Shenandoah’s National Bahá’í School

All youth at Shenandoah Bahá’í School participated in creating a news program about the Bahá’í School itself, that was featured in a one-hour presentation at the end of the school session. The news program was similar to the “Today” show or “Good Morning America”, with several segments featuring different aspects of the school. The youth incorporated taped pieces of the sessions or activities that each attended and interviews with school attendees and speakers.

Below is an outline of their assignments, schedules, interviews, and oral presentations.
