Ideas from the Committees—Aids to Administration

“Emails and the Filing Thereof” from the Florence Mayberry Bahá’í Conference Planning Committee (Missouri)

A “very administrative” suggestion from the Florence Mayberry Bahá’í Conference Planning Committee (Missouri): This idea could help simplify communications for regional school committees: They have asked their committee members, when sending e-mails about their Conference, to insert the letters “FMBC” in the subject line. The subject line can contain more than just those letters, but with those letters (all together, no spaces) in the subject line, their secretary’s e-mail can sort ALL of the FMBC e-mails into a single folder, and considerably simplify the process of reading, analyzing, sorting, and replying.

Other committees have formed Yahoo!Groups for their committee correspondence.
